We'd completed the 4th session of our PitStop series themed "Operational Efficiency in After-Sales Services," with the participation of 73 representatives from corporate companies and contributions from Scslog.
In this session, we focused on pain points among over 50 main topics related to the after-sales processes of corporate companies. Our aim was to facilitate the resolution of challenges faced by participants in these critical processes through the technology companies we identified.
Along with 6 technology companies, we delved into topics such as #service, #field, #planning, #logistics, #communication, and #loyalty. Each startup clearly demonstrated the value propositions of their developed technologies and the opportunities they could create within organizations through their success stories.

The participating companies included representatives from the FMCG (10), Insurance and Finance (9), Automotive (7), and Metal and Industry (7) sectors.
We thank all corporate representatives who attended this session for their valuable contributions and questions. Each contribution guides us in providing better solutions for you.
