What is waiting for you in Lisbon.
Web Summit is the largest technology event in the world. Taking a stand of your own there is a separate budget and a separate application process.
On this programme PitGrowth covers the stand package and the event tickets, so your attention can go straight into the meetings.
What all five selected companies receive
Web Summit stand package
Covered by PitGrowth. On the day your stand is open, you take your place at it with your printed display board.
Event tickets
Between three and five tickets per company. The exact number is settled after the selection, according to startup tier.
Access to the whole event
Your tickets are good for all four days of Web Summit and for the Night Summit events in the evenings. Your stand is open for one day; your team is inside for every day of it.
Online startup profile
Your company profile is published on Web Summit’s own site and in its app; investors and the media covering the event find you there.
Web Summit app
Networking, messaging and meeting requests with everyone attending.
Startup lounge
A closed area reserved for startups with a stand. Hold your meetings there during the day, and meet the other founders.
Lead capture
You scan and record the details of the people who come to your stand using the Web Summit app. At the end of the event every contact reaches you as a single list.
Startup masterclass
Sessions given by investors and technology executives. Open to every startup with a stand.
PitGrowth promotion
Coverage across PitGrowth’s social, email and press communications before and during the event.
PitGrowth Featured Partner profile
Your company is marked as a Featured Partner on the PitGrowth platform. Your profile sits in the featured area, where investors, corporate customers and partners see you.
PitGrowth Startup Türkiye meetup
PitGrowth runs a meetup in Lisbon during Web Summit. The five selected companies take part, alongside investors and corporates.
The selection is announced here
The final list is published on this page and across PitGrowth’s channels, and the selected companies stay on this page after the event.
PITCH, Showcase and more
The right to apply to PITCH, Mentor Hours, Startup Showcase and 40 Words. 40 Words is a short video format in which you describe your company in forty words; Web Summit plays these around the venue and on its own channels.
Not every one of these applies to every company. Some are settled once the selection process is complete.
What is not covered
Flights, accommodation, visas and all other travel and personal costs are your company’s responsibility. Budget for them before you apply — the commitments in the form ask you to confirm you can.
Web Summit’s own eligibility conditions*
These conditions are set by Web Summit and no exceptions are made. A company that does not meet one of them cannot be included in the programme, however strong its application is. PitGrowth’s own evaluation criteria come further down this page.
- 1
Founded within the last six years
Companies incorporated in 2020 or later are eligible to apply.
- 2
An original software or connected hardware product
At MVP stage or beyond. Consultancies, agencies, dealerships and reselling models are outside the scope.
- 3
An independent legal entity
Not a subsidiary of another company, and not publicly listed.
- 4
A live, working website
Web Summit does not approve companies without a site that resolves and works.
- 5
Not already registered as an exhibitor
Companies already registered as exhibitors for Web Summit Lisbon 2026 cannot be included in this programme.
- 6
A vector logo in .eps format
Web Summit accepts only high-resolution .eps vector logos for stand boards and digital materials.

How we evaluate applications.
PitGrowth makes the selection, and every application is read by a person. These are the things we weigh most heavily:
Product and differentiation
The global problem you solve and your strongest difference against similar solutions. A product that can be demonstrated live is a clear advantage.
Traction and evidence
Paying active customers, recurring revenue, corporate and international references, and how much you have grown in the last six months.
Readiness to go global
The first three markets you are targeting, the companies and investors you want to meet there, and how well you can make the case in English.
Commitment and logistics
Visa, budget and travel readiness, plus uninterrupted representation for the whole of the day your stand is open.

Your own stand, your own team. Your stand is open on one of these three days; your tickets are good for the whole event.
What you are committing to.
These are the commitments you take on if you are selected. You confirm each of them separately in the application form.
- Being physically present in Lisbon between 9 and 12 November 2026.
- At least one representative at your stand, without interruption, for the whole of the day it is open.
- Completing passport, visa and travel arrangements in time.
- Covering flights, accommodation, visas and all other travel and personal costs yourself.
- Appearing in PitGrowth’s promotional communications, including short video or interview content if asked.
- Delivering the company information, the .eps logo and the promotional materials Web Summit requires, in full, by the date PitGrowth sets.
- Accepting that a reserve company may be invited in your place if you cannot attend after being selected.
Let’s answer your questions up front
- Does applying or taking part cost anything?
- No. The Web Summit stand package and the event tickets are covered by PitGrowth. Flights, accommodation, visas and all other personal costs belong to your company.
- How many people can we bring?
- Between three and five per company. Your confirmed number is communicated after selection.
- How does the selection work?
- PitGrowth makes the selection. The final list goes to Web Summit for approval and is announced once that comes through. There is no second form to fill in — everything needed is in this one.
- We are already registered as an exhibitor. Can we apply?
- No. Companies with an existing exhibitor registration for Web Summit Lisbon 2026 cannot be included in this programme.
- What state does our PitGrowth profile need to be in?
- At least 90 per cent complete, with current information. PitGrowth is a marketplace and your profile is the only thing making you visible to investors, corporate buyers and partners — an incomplete profile cannot represent you at an event of this size. If you do not have one yet, you can create a free account and fill in your company profile, then carry on with your application.
- How many days is our stand open?
- Startup stands at Web Summit open on one of the three days between 10 and 12 November. The day is assigned by the company’s sector and cannot be chosen. Your tickets cover all four days of the event, so you can be on the floor and at the Night Summit events on the days your stand is closed.
- Is there any visa support?
- The visa application, the appointment and the costs are your company’s responsibility. The form asks where you stand on this, and the answer is taken into account during selection.
