The department is equipped with 3D modeling, structural analysis, and implementation skills, managed by dedicated project and manufacturing engineering teams utilizing modern project management systems.

Offers manufacturing of highly sensitive and complex parts made of aluminum, steel, and titanium. Utilizing high-speed CNC machining, press forming, deep drawing, and hydroforming, YEPSAN manufactures parts in accordance with sector-specific standards for civil and military aviation platforms.

Provides NADCAP-certified special processes including heat treatment and aging of aluminum alloys, alongside non-destructive and destructive testing (NDT/DT). These processes are approved by major aerospace manufacturers to ensure the highest structural integrity of flight-ready parts.
