About

Unity Yoga provides specialist pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, holistic antenatal education, couples hypnobirthing workshops, and accredited yoga teacher training in Tunbridge Wells, Penshurst, and Uckfield. Founded by Senior Yoga Teacher Brigid Godwin, the studio supports mothers, partners, and teachers through evidence-based childbirth preparation and postnatal recovery.

Services

Postnatal Yoga & Baby Massage

Provides nurturing postnatal classes for mothers and their babies to support physical recovery, core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, emotional wellbeing, and infant bonding. Sessions combine gentle postnatal yoga movement, developmental baby massage techniques, guided breathwork, and community support in intimate studio settings.

Pregnancy Yoga & Hypnobirth

Delivers holistic childbirth preparation incorporating active birth movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and hypnobirthing principles for expectant mothers. The classes assist with pregnancy-related postural changes, pelvic floor strength, pain management psychology, and connecting with a local support network.

Couples Hypnobirth & Antenatal Education

Offers private, bespoke antenatal workshops for first-time parents and refresher sessions for growing families, hosted in-home or at the studio. Curriculum covers birth physiology, hormones, pain psychology, partner massage, biomechanics, advocacy tools, and full access to online course resources.
