Timberp is an Istanbul-based software company building production-grade ERP systems for manufacturing and trading companies. Our flagship product, TimbERP, has run the daily operations of a multi-location timber and wood-preservation (vacuum-pressure impregnation) business for over 10 years, covering inventory, production, invoicing, finance, e-documents (e-Fatura/e-İrsaliye), bank integrations and e-commerce.

We also deliver custom ERP and integration projects for manufacturers in furniture and plastic fastener production, including integration with Logo ERP.

Our work combines deep operational knowledge from industrial sites, including chemical handling in impregnation processes, with modern software engineering. TimbERP includes automated pipelines that collect and process documents from EKAP (Turkey's e-procurement platform) and the General Directorate of Forestry (OGM): market prices, won lots, official notifications, invoices and transport documents. Data extracted from these PDFs is structured and linked directly to our own inventory, so every lot is tracked from the forestry depot through transport into stock. We apply the same document-to-inventory approach, with REST/SOAP integrations and AI-based document reading, to our clients' processes.
