The ITSCI Organisation administers the ITSCI Programme, a joint industry traceability and due diligence initiative for tin, tantalum, and tungsten (3T) mineral supply chains. 3Traceability of Mineral Sources
Implementing on-the-ground mineral bag tracking and tagging systems in collaboration with local government agents. Transmits verified transaction data to the ITSCI data center to identify supply chain anomalies and assure source origins.
Auditing Upstream Companies
Conducting independent, periodic supply chain audits on member companies to evaluate their due diligence progress according to ISO 19011 standards, providing detailed evaluations, and publishing performance summaries to promote transparency.
Risk Incident Management and Resolution
Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and recording plausible supply chain risks and OECD Annex II violations through field teams. ITSCI facilitates stakeholder engagement, advises on risk mitigation plans, and tracks resolution progress.
