Chemotherapy Treatment Services

Delivers systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) where medication is administered to destroy cancer cells. Services are delivered through the largest chemotherapy unit in the UK, at 13 regional treatment centres, and directly in patients' homes via outreach teams.

Radiotherapy And Proton Beam Therapy

Provides advanced targeted radiation treatments for cancer patients, operating one of the world's largest radiotherapy departments. Capabilities include high-energy proton beam therapy, MR-Linac image-guided radiotherapy, and comprehensive brachytherapy across Manchester, Oldham, Salford, and Macclesfield.

Specialised Surgical Oncology

Provides specialist tertiary surgical care concentrating on complex and rare cancer procedures. Multidisciplinary surgical teams perform curative and debulking interventions utilizing advanced robotic surgical systems, local anaesthetic suites, and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols.
