Services

3
Junior Sibling Sessions
Monthly support sessions designed for children ages 5 to 11 who have a sibling with a chronic illness or disability. Held at local YMCAs, the program incorporates movement, crafts, sports, and therapeutic activities to help children express feelings, build coping skills, and connect with peers in similar life situations.
Teen Group Sessions
Monthly support meetings and social outings created for adolescents aged 12 to 15 with chronically ill or disabled siblings. Held at community venues and restaurants, the sessions provide a safe environment for teens to discuss personal worries, celebrate wins, relieve stress, and develop supportive relationships with peers.
Family Outings and Special Events
Free organized recreational outings, holiday celebrations, and special trips tailored for the entire family of children with chronic illnesses or special needs. The program fosters trust, open communication, and shared positive experiences in stress-free environments, strengthening familial bonds and supporting sibling well-being.
