Services

Spool Manufacturing and Assembly

Prefabrication and installation of piping systems in compliance with international standards (such as DNV-GL, RINA, and Türk Loydu). Materials processed include carbon steel, stainless steel, cunife, casting, PPRC, GRE, and aluminum, designed for new builds, repairs, military vessels, refineries, and industrial plants.

CNC Pipe Cutting

Precision CNC cutting and profiling services utilizing the TAG E-Z PipeCut NC Pipe Profiling Machine. Capable of cutting and preparing weld bevels for pipes up to DN1000 in under a minute, with an overall monthly cutting capacity of 100 tons, delivering millimetric accuracy for complex branch junctions.

Pipe Bending

High-precision pipe bending services utilizing the semi-CNC DMS 230NC bending machine. The workshop supports bending for pipes ranging from DN32 to DN200 to custom radius measurements, alongside a semi-automatic machine designed to handle bending processes for smaller diameters between DN8 and DN32.
