Ankara TEKMER is the first private enterprise technology development center in Turkey, where R&D businesses supported by KOSGEB can take advantage of the exemptions provided by Law No. 5746.
Our center, which has become the major foundation
of the entrepreneurship sector in the capital,
embraces over 60 national and international
enterprises and entrepreneurs in a total space of
5,000 square meters and supports them on their
journeys to success.
Ankara TEKMER hosted over 60 events in the first half
of 2024, welcoming over 2000 people. This success
not only contributes significantly to the ecosystem's
strength, but it also highlights Ankara TEKMER's
unifying and supportive function. The most essential
distinction between the center and other co-working
spaces is the establishment of a community that
supports one another.
Ankara TEKMER encourages eliminating of any
issues that entrepreneurs may run into by
offering physical facilities as well as mentoring,
acceleration programs, consulting, training
opportunities in investing, accounting, law,
and R&D incentives. Additionally, FabLab, an
international standard prototyping facility, is
made available to entrepreneurs working on
hardware projects.

Ankara TEKMER, established in 2021, is Turkey's first private Technology Development Center, powered by LEAP Investors. Recognized as "TEKMER of the Year" in 2023, the center is dedicated to supporting R&D businesses and facilitating their access to exemptions provided by Law No. 5746. Occupying 5,000 square meters, Ankara TEKMER serves as a significant hub for the capital's entrepreneurial ecosystem, currently hosting and supporting over 60 national and international enterprises and entrepreneurs.
